RATES
- Regular rates are $175.00 per night for two people and $185.00 per night for two people for holidays. - We kindly request a minimum 3-night stay. - Additional charge of $20 each per person over two people during regular season. - Additional charge of $25 each per person over two people during high season and holidays. Payment policy: I take the first night deposit to hold it for you. Then I ask for the balance 2 weeks prior to your stay. Recently the state of Louisiana passed a new sales tax. The state tax is now 10%. As The Little Eazy is a legal guesthouse, this charge will be added to the cost of your stay. The Little Eazy is a legal Bed & Breakfast permitted and inspected by the city of New Orleans (# 23-XSTR-11392). Cancellation Policy A 30 days notice for special event, holidays and festivals. For non-event reservations a 14 day notice must be given. If less notice is given and the room is re-booked, a refund will be issued. |
