Meet your hosts at The Little Eazy
My first trip to New Orleans was in 1988 with my sister for Jazzfest. That is when I fell in love with the city. Every year after that I came back for Jazzfest. No matter where I moved to, I continued to travel to New Orleans whenever I could. I started staying at BnB’s instead of hotels. My favorite was “The Little Eazy Guesthouse” owned by Charles & Diana (we called them the royal couple). I started bringing my boyfriend (now husband) with me. In 2003, I was speaking to Diana and mentioned that I wanted to buy a place in New Orleans. She said “we are thinking of selling”. I said “email me the price” which she did and we closed on the The Little Eazy on July 4th, 2004. This was before AirBnB, (yes, there was life before AirBnB) we are a legal guest house and are permitted & inspected by the city of New Orleans. We live on the property at all times which is a requirement of owning a BnB in New Orleans. I enjoy telling guests about special places & events, although I have found many come with their own plans. SuperBowl! Had a great time. Walked to everywhere we wanted. Came into town to watch the SuperBowl. (Feb 2025)
Real New Orleans! My husband and I travel to New Orleans almost every winter. We stay for several weeks and for that reason we have found that places that seem OK for a day or two, just don’t measure up when you are staying for a long time. Margaret’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay. She has thought of all of the details and all of the things that we will need, especially if we are staying for a longer period of time. On top of that, Margaret is just a delightful host and loves sharing about all of the off the beaten path places to visit while in New Orleans. She even invited us to a little Mardi Gras party in her yard! As others have said, the hot tub is a definite plus and the location is great. I’d happily recommend Margaret and Rick‘s place to any of my friends or family. We hope to be back soon! (Jan 2025)
Great stay! My son and I had a lovely time at this property. The owners gave some great recommendations for local restaurants! We would definitely stay here again. (Nov 2024)

Maria, Brandon, Erica & Matt: "We came from MN. Cold winters are nice to find refuge from in such a nice little place. We had a wonderful time. We love the culture and will sure be back! Thank you for everything Margaret & Rick!"
Deli & Michael: "Thank you for a lovely stay! We enjoyed the closeness of the FQ, the restaurants, the parking, our cozy little place here, your hospitality and all. Hope to see you again soon! God bless."
Perfect Location!
Comfy little spot with great beds and shower and within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and the French Quarter! The host was fantastic with her communications. I highly recommend (stayed 4 nights in Nov 2024)
Best yet
Stayed at the little Ez for a long weekend. Everything we came to see or do was within a 15 min walk. Margaret had plenty of information for us to look through. Cottage was clean and had everything we needed (stayed 4 nights in Oct 2024)
Cute Cottage
We had a fabulous stay in a neighborhood new to us. We appreciated her knowledge of the area. Wonderful location. It’s cute, comfortable, and Margaret is great. Best for a couple or perhaps a family with small children (stayed 3 nights in Oct 2024)
Amazing Stay and Location
We had an absolutely amazing time at the Little Eazy Guesthouse. The location was prime for visiting Bourbon Street and Frenchmen. The cottage itself was a great landing spot after our day of site seeing. Margaret went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We will be back! (stayed 3 nights in Jul 2024)
Perfect!
