Meet your hosts at The Little Eazy
My first trip to New Orleans was in 1988 with my sister for Jazzfest. That is when I fell in love with the city. Every year after that I came back for Jazzfest. No matter where I moved to, I continued to travel to New Orleans whenever I could. I started staying at BnB’s instead of hotels. My favorite was “The Little Eazy Guesthouse” owned by Charles & Diana (we called them the royal couple). I started bringing my boyfriend (now husband) with me. In 2003, I was speaking to Diana and mentioned that I wanted to buy a place in New Orleans. She said “we are thinking of selling”. I said “email me the price” which she did and we closed on the The Little Eazy on July 4th, 2004. This was before AirBnB, (yes, there was life before AirBnB) we are a legal guest house and are permitted & inspected by the city of New Orleans. We live on the property at all times which is a requirement of owning a BnB in New Orleans. I enjoy telling guests about special places & events, although I have found many come with their own plans.
