The Cottage

A private entrance to the Little Eazy makes you feel like you're in your very own home. We provide the perfect casual cottage that has two separate sleeping areas and a private bath. The air-conditioned cottage offers cable TV, radio, wifi, and a private phone. The kitchen is equipped with pots and pans, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, hot plate, hot skillet, toaster and coffee maker. Other amenities include towels, linens, shampoo, etc. We provide coffee and tea for your arrival.

The Little Eazy Guest Cottage is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has a full size bed. In addition the couch in the living room folds out to a full size bed.

You can relax and read a book in the privacy of the back patio with hot tub and furniture. We also have a front yard with a cypress swing that you can enjoy while watching the carriages make their way back to the stables.

We are just 3 blocks from the French Quarter. Bourbon Street runs from Canal Street to Esplanade Avenue. As it enters our Faubourg Marigny neighborhood it becomes Pauger Street.

The Little Eazy Guest House is located in a very quiet neighborhood, but a quick walk to Bourbon Street and the rest of the French Quarter. Access to public transportation is nearby, and there is also a small convenience store within walking distance.

Permit parking is available at no extra charge while staying at the Little Eazy. We're licensed by the City of New Orleans and inspected annually by bed and breakfast industry professionals.

Our rates range from $165 - $185. Minimum 3-night stay.

Additional charge of $20 each per person over 2 during regular season.

Additional charge of $25 each per person over 2 during high season and holidays.
